I highly recommend the initial treatment to be 1.5 hours. It will include a full body assessment which uses a combination CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Positional Release techniques. From this I will be able to determine the primary instability.
The proceeding treatments will be more specific based, honing in on the main source of misalignment and encouraging the body and/or mind to let go. The treatment time will be approximately 1 hour.
Oncology massage, pregnancy massage and treatment sessions for babies, infants and young children may incur a shorter treatment time. Please contact me to discuss.

Cancellation Policy
I appreciate that your time is valuable as so is mine. In consideration of this and of clients who are on the waiting list, 24 hours notice is required to change your appointment. In failure to do this a 50% charge of appointment fee will apply. Cancellations made within 3 hours of appointment time, or failure to show to an appointment, will attract a 100% charge. The charge is to be paid on booking of subsequent appointment if not paid earlier.
