Therapies
What will you expect from a treatment?
It is with Miriam's skill sets and knowledge that allows her to asses her client’s muscular, skeletal, lymphatic (immune) and craniosacral (central nervous system) systems. By blending the different therapy techniques into the one treatment it facilitates with rebalancing the whole body.
Combining craniosacral and lymphatic drainage techniques can really assist the body in elevating chronic sinus problems.
Using lymphatic drainage during a pregnancy massage can reduce swelling in the ankles and feet.
To release the fascial layering of muscles, craniosacral and positional release techniques can be applied, so the remedial treatment results are permanent.
Sporting injuries will cause lymphatic dysfunction. Applying simple lymphatic and postional release techniques with a sports massage will help with the rehabilitation process.
As part of the treatment Miriam provides her clients with corrective exercises that they can perform on their own, thereby bringing added benefit to the treatments. Being able to confidently perform stretches and strengthening exercises will help assist you with having a well balanced body, a body in tune.
